I’m a web developer currently living in Sydney, Australia. I’ve been developing web sites for over 10 years now starting out out as an junior in Brighton, UK at an awesome company called NTD. I then moved to Sydney where I’ve worked at various agencies around town including Leo Burnetts, Spin, Pushka Creative and Deepend where I currently am.
I have worked on a wide range of projects with each one bringing in a new level of experience including UX design, site performance and optimisation and client relations. I class myself as a bit of an all rounder when it comes to coding techniques. I enjoy all aspects of development from the initial planning and specing to the HTML/CSS build, SEO optimisation and accessibility to binding the whole lot to a database or web services with C# .NET. I currently enjoy the following styles – in no particular order;

I’m also currently learning Objective C (though I think I’m ready to develop something commercial now – watch this space), Android Development and Ruby which is just fricking awesome.
At Deepend I head up a technical team of 11. We work individually as well as in teams and have wide range of skills and abilities. My role involves leading projects individually and as groups to ensure that projects are done on budget, on time and they maintain the design integrity and user experience.
